It's hard to believe that our little man turned 6 months today! I love this age. His personality is really starting to shine. Plus, he can sit up and play...yet he's not yet mobile ;) He loves giving big kisses and cute belly laughs. He's such a blessing to our family. I truly have been blessed again this year. I have the most wonderful, fabulous clients a photographer could ever hope for! Thank you, thank you for a terrific year! God is so good!

My good friend and fellow photographer, Brittany Stover, took our family pics this year. She's fabulous, check her out! It worked out great where she took them and I edited them :) I can't wait to get these blown up big for our home!

I have been such a bad blogger the past few weeks! But in order to get everyone's galleries finished and have pics and cards ordered in time for Christmas...the blog has gone to the wayside! Good news...I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!!! I'm looking forward to spending some good quality time w/ my kiddos, enjoying the Christmas season, and baking some yummy goodies!

I had to post a couple of this session. This was my first family to purchase my Babies 1st Year package...which has come to an end :( I got to photograph sweet "P" on his actual first birthday! ...and older brother 'L', what a character! Sweet, sweet family...

Christmas is quickly approaching (8 weeks away!) and it's time to start thinking about what pictures you want to order for Christmas gifts! In order to insure having pictures and Christmas cards to send out by Christmas...orders need to be made by a DEC.2 deadline! If you go ahead and order your Christmas cards early you'll be able to have them addressed and ready to send out come December 1st! Plus, it's one more thing to check off your list during this busy time of year! Fa la la la la, la la la la!

This little guy was just darling! He has the coolest name too :) I've concluded that it doesn't matter how young I'm able to get the newborns, they just know I'm coming and want to stay awake! I just LOVE this family to pieces! Kevin went to OU w/ my hubby and I, he was also in our wedding :) When he met Ang we were so thrilled because she is beautiful inside and out. She became an instant friend of mine! I loved our session because they were so natural and themselves! I love how mama let sweet "L" wear her wings the entire session because she always wears them....everywhere! So good to recognize that's her and they'll have these pics to look back on and remember how she wore them constantly! So blessed...

I had such a nice session with this family that tried out two new locations with me :) I absolutely love this first pic of them. I think it truly captures this stage in their lives.... dad looking at the camera (probably wondering how much longer?!), the littlest guy not knowing what is going on, the oldest son making mom laugh... I wouldn't trade this stage of life for anything!!!

While visiting in my hubby's hometown, I got to take some pics of one of his close high school friend's kiddos. It took a while for 'G' to warm up, but once he did he was all smiles. The fall is quickly approaching...and that means it's time to start thinking about pictures for Christmas! I am now booking sessions for September thru November. After Thanksgiving I will only be taking newborn sessions during the month of December. I only have 5 Saturday sessions left this fall, so be sure to book quickly if a weekend is needed!

...and of course, I am loving my time with our new little man! He is one month old today! You probably aren't going to believe me...but I didn't pose his hand like that! He was just looking around and I just happened to catch it the moment he put it there!

...our new little man, Dagan Jacob Cook!!! He was born a week ago today, (7/11/09~he will always get a free slurpee from 7-11 on his birthday!) We are just in love, he is the perfect addition to our family. His big sisters just adore him! I know there are a lot of pics here...but I've been having so much fun photographing him and as the proud mama it was just too hard to narrow them down!

~Coffee Table Books/Gallery Wrapped Canvas~

This is a coffee table book I designed and just got in! This album is sized at 10x10 with 10 pages/20 sides. These albums come in multiple sizes, square and standard. You can have a custom cover like the one shown here, or choose from leather or fabric. The wonderful thing about these books is that they lay flat when opened. These also make great gifts for grandparents :)

The last image is of the Canvas Gallery Wraps I also offer. These are simply your image on canvas wrapped around the sides of a 1 1/2" wooden stretcher. These come in standard and custom sizes and do not need to be framed!

I had the opportunity to take some pics of one of my best friends in the whole world and her two sweet girls before Christmas. She wanted to surprise her hubby with some pictures of all his girls....what a great Christmas gift :)

I think I made a new best friend at this session! Three year old "L" was such a sweetie :) He was a proud big brother to "P". This mom purchased my 'Baby's 1st Year' package...so I'll be visiting these precious boys again soon!

Precious 'C' did a fabulous job of looking cute....especially since a cold front was moving through and it was COLD....and windy. I couldn't believe how happy she was :) I just had to add the last pic because that was the face she was making all morning!....so cute!!!

I had a wonderful engagement session w/ my husband's cousin, Amy, and her fiance', Dandy (isn't that a great cowboy name?!) They were naturals in front of the camera, I didn't even have to give them any direction! This is one of my absolute favorites we took at his ranch.
